Farmacy Brewing

Nestled in the rolling hills of Baltimore County’s horse country, Farmacy Brewing at Willowdale Farm is a unique brewery experience. Growing fresh farm ingredients, used in extraordinary ways to produce truly one-of-a-kind drinking experiences with rotating taps to suit the crops available for the season. This brewery features a working farm that raises horses, cattle, hay, row crops, fruits, and vegetables.

Pub Dog Brewing Co.

Pub Dog Brewing Company has been brewing beer in Westminster, MD since 2006. Originally established as a production brewery for the Pub Dog Pizza & Drafthouse locations in Columbia and Federal Hill, they began doing tours in 2015 and opened their tap room for regular hours in 2018.

Old Westminster Winery

Maryland’s first winery and outdoor restaurant, the seasonal brunch menu features house-made scones, baked donuts, galettes, tarts, fair-trade coffee, day wines, and brunch cocktails. Enjoy delicious, Maryland-grown wines by the flight, glass and bottle paired with amazing brunch offerings and seasonal brick oven pizzas.

Serpent Ridge Vineyard

Located in Westminster, Maryland, Serpent Ridge Vineyard specializes in small lots of handmade wine from grapes grown in their own vineyards, select Maryland vineyards, and other carefully chosen sites. The grounds and the vineyard views provide a peaceful experience. In addition to dry reds, dry white wines, and those with a wisp of sweetness, they offer a variety of special events throughout the year.

Penn Oaks Winery

Established in 1997, Penn Oaks Winery is owned and operated by Jan Luigard and his Family. Specializing in white, red, and desert wine and tastings with walk-ins welcome. Jan became interested in wine making while living in Germany where the old-world Riesling grape is grown to perfection. It is in this tradition that Penn Oaks wines are handcrafted.

Flood Zone Marketplace & Brewery

Located in Union Bridge, Maryland, this historic building once housed a family-owned grocery store, but is now home to a multi-vendor marketplace and brewery. A variety of vendors offering fresh, local produce, groceries, and crafts are on site. In addition, there’s The Food Spot within the marketplace for eating while you shop. The craft brewery taproom bar, outdoor patio, and pass-through bar area allow beer enthusiasts to enjoy the sun and nice weather creek side, or stay indoors to watch a game.

Brewery Fire

Located in Taneytown, Maryland, this microbrewery and unique taproom offers multiple taps featuring a variety of craft beer styles and small batch brews — with some incredibly entertaining names! You can choose indoor table or bar seating, or venture outside to take in the custom mural artwork.

Pipe the Side Brewing Co.

This microbrewery, located in Hampstead, Maryland, features an approachable rotation of classic, sometimes historic, beers with an occasional trendy style mixed in. Their draft list may never be dominated by smoothie sours, cereal beers, or beers with high ABVs — but, you can expect good craft beer made with the highest quality ingredients.

Liberatore’s Ristorante

With roots in central Italy and Baltimore’s Little Italy, the Liberatore’s name has been synonymous with fine Italian food served by family in the greater Baltimore area for 32 years. In 1988, the first location opened in Eldersburg featuring a wide selection of authentic Italian menu items for the whole family to choose from.

Katana Sushi & Ramen

Katana Japanese Cuisine offers a variety of sushi and hibachi dishes using fresh ingredients including chicken, beef, seafood, and vegetables in a friendly atmosphere with convenient online ordering, take out, or dining in person.

Basta Pasta

Patapsco Valley State Park

Patapsco Valley State Park is a public recreation area extending along 32 miles of the Patapsco River south and west of the city of Baltimore, Maryland. Offering trails, picnic sites, fishing, boating, and disc golf on over 14,000 acres of land. In 2006, it was officially celebrated as Maryland’s first state park and is managed by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources.

Piney Run Park

Piney Run Park is a nature park in Sykesville, located in Carroll County, Maryland. It is Carroll County’s oldest developed park that encompasses 550 acres of fields, forest and open spaces, with over 5 miles of hiking trails, a 300-acre lake and many sports and recreational facilities. The lake is 50 feet deep at the lowest part, just in front of the dam.

Stratosphere

Stratosphere Social is a community focused entertainment venue that brings a whole new level of FUN to Carroll County. Baltimore Breweries, Museums, and more…

In less than an hour you can be cheering on the Baltimore Orioles or Ravens, strolling through one of the many museums, or shopping and dining on the water at the Inner Harbor. Baltimore is also home to historic Fort McHenry, the Maryland Science Center, and the Reginald Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History & Culture.

Checkerspot Brewing Co.

Named for Maryland’s state insect, the Baltimore Checkerspot butterfly, the namesake embodies their belief that without an appreciation of nature, and local, quality ingredients… great beer cannot exist. Specializing in a variety of small batch, thoughtfully crafted gluten-reduced beers inspired by nature.

Waverly Brewing Co.

What started as a concrete and steel building grew in to a funky and cozy space resembling something between a merchant marine’s chill out space, and an old neighborhood bar with an art gallery + lounge. This brewery offers 6-8 beers brewed on-site beers on tap with the occasional guest tap or two.

Mobtown Brewing Co.

From 1872 to 1978 Brewers Hill was home to the National and Gunther Brewing Companies. Mobtown Brewing has brought that tradition back to the community. Striving to produce fresh, innovative, and adventurous beers, Mobtown aspires to embrace the local history and culture of Baltimore in each beverage produced.

Guinness Open Gate Brewery and Barrel House

The first Guinness presence on US soil since 1954, and the first ever purpose-built Guinness brewery in American history. The brewery does three things: It brews Guinness Blonde American Lager for national sales in the USA and Canada; it brews exciting new beers at a small scale for on-site sales, and hopefully for regional and national distribution; it is a world-class visitor center, featuring taprooms, food, merchandise and opportunities to tour the brewery and learn about the storied history of Guinness. The new brewery does not brew iconic Guinness stouts! These beers will continue to be brewed in Dublin, Ireland and imported for sale across the USA.

American Visionary Art Museum

The American Visionary Art Museum is located in Baltimore, Maryland’s Federal Hill neighborhood and specializes in original thematic exhibitions that seamlessly combine art, science, philosophy, humor and especially social justice and betterment. What is visionary art? “Visionary art as defined for the purposes of the American Visionary Art Museum refers to art produced by self-taught individuals, usually without formal training, whose works arise from an innate personal vision that revels foremost in the creative act itself.” In short, visionary art begins by listening to the inner voices of the soul, and often may not even be thought of as ‘art’ by its creator.

The Walters Art Museum

The Walters Art Museum is among America’s most distinctive museums, forging connections between people and art from cultures around the world and spanning seven millennia. Through its collections, exhibitions, and education programs, the Walters engages the City of Baltimore, Maryland, and audiences across the globe. Located in Baltimore’s Mount Vernon neighborhood, the Walters is free for all. The museum’s campus includes five historic buildings and 36,000 art objects. Moving through the museum’s galleries, visitors encounter a stunning array of objects, from 19th-century paintings of French country and city life to Ethiopian icons, richly illuminated Qur’ans and Gospel books, ancient Roman sarcophagi, and images of the Buddha.

The Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History & Culture

The Lewis Museum, the largest African American museum in Maryland, has been the authentic voice of Maryland African American history and culture since it opened in 2005. Telling a story through the permanent collection, special exhibitions, educational programs and public events, this 82,000 square foot facility accommodates over 13,000 square feet of permanent and temporary exhibition space, a two-story theater, museum gift shop, classrooms, meeting rooms, an outdoor terrace and reception areas. The Museum has a collection of about 10,000 objects with an Online Collection Portal containing digitized images accessible to scholars, students and the general public.

Maryland Zoo

Baltimore Ravens Football
