Thank you for considering 1623 Brewing for your special day! It is our sincere hope that we may deliver the venue and service that will make your event extra special. We host events for any occasion – birthday parties, retirements, bridal showers, baby showers… you name it!

We have streamlined our pricing so you will enjoy your time with dedicated service for all your guests.

The pricing is based upon a minimum spend. You may exceed the spending, but if you were to come up short, the difference would be added to your tab. All parties will be charged a minimum gratuity of 20%.

On Monday’s when we are closed, there is a rental fee for the building. The event will be charged normal menu prices throughout the event and a 20% gratuity will be added.

What are your event rental fees?

Rental Fees: *Does NOT go towards overall minimum spends

Taproom – $50

Patio – $100

Brewhouse – $300 (includes table/chair set up custom to headcount)

When can we start setting up for our event at 1623?

Set up time: Brewhouse Friday rentals can come in anytime after 3pm.

Brewhouse Saturday/Sunday rentals can come in anytime after 11am.

Taproom rentals may only come 1 HOUR prior to start time to set up for event.

What is the minimum spend for events at 1623?

Minimum Spend: *May be paid on one tab or separate tabs. Any tab opened will go towards the overall minimum spend

Beverage only – (if they go the catering route) estimates about $10-$12 per person

Food and Beverage – estimates $15-$18 per person

How long can we rent a space?

Space: You have the space for up to 4 hours. Any additional time needed will be an increase of your beverage minimum of $100/hour.

How will event service look?

Service: All parties have a designated server. Brewhouse parties will have beverage service in the Brewhouse. Please do not have guests come out to the bar! The only reason guests need to go to the Taproom from Brewhouse will be for restrooms.

Can we bring our own music?

Music: (Brewhouse ONLY) Can bring in live music or speakers or utilize our house music that is tied into SiriusXM.

Do you provide linens or should we bring our own?

Linens: Hosts may use our rental company or bring in their own. Low tables, cocktail tables and catering tables will all need a tablecloth/linen. Our linen company comes out to about $14-$16 per linen. We no longer provide linens for the food tables. They may bring in tablecloths/linens or rent from us.

– Food tables: 6ft rectangular (Size linens needed: 90×132 to the floor. 60×120 half way down)

– Low Seated tables: 5ft – 60inch (Size linens recommended 120’’ rounds to the floor)

– Hightop/Cocktail tables: 2.5ft-32inch (Size linens recommended 120’’ rounds to the floor)

Can we bring our own food or user our own caterer?

No outside food or beverages may be brought in.

Parties of 40+ people MUST utilize Lib’s Catering.

Parties of 40 or less have 2 options: Order from the kitchen (Pre-Ordered Appetizers Available) -OR- Lib’s Catering.

Can we bring our own desserts?

Yes, you may bring in your own cake and/or desserts.

Please bring your own plateware/napkins/utensils. NO other outside food/beverages may be brought in.

Can we bring in outside alcohol/non-alcoholic beverages?

Any outside alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages is NOT PERMITTED at our establishment. All beverages must be purchased through 1623. Take a look at our drink menu!

Any outside alcohol brought into the facility may cause a cancellation of your event. We appreciate your respect of our facility.

Do you have any in-house food pricing?

We offer Large Bites feeding 25 people for Taproom reservations:

Are you kid friendly?

We do allow children in both our Taproom and Brewhouse space. All children under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21+ at all times. Children must be seated at a table with a guest over the age of 21+.
