This tasty beer is Vaccaro’s Italian Sponge Cake soaked in rum is spun into the mash of this traditional barleywine. Big malty profile with hints of dark fruit. Then aged for eleven months in Columbian Rum barrels for a beautifully complex and easy drinking barleywine.
