1623 Brewing Celebrates Craft Malt Month with Bear Branch Malt
1623 Brewing is proud to join the nationwide celebration of Craft Malt Month by partnering with Bear Branch Malt, a local maltster based in Westminster, MD. Our newest release, Gone A’Rye, a Baltic Rye Porter, was brewed with Bear Branch’s locally malted grains, highlighting both quality and community in every pour.
By working with Bear Branch, we’re not only supporting local agriculture, but also showcasing the unique flavors that come from sourcing close to home. Craft Malt Month is about recognizing the farmers and maltsters who make beers like this possible, and Gone A’Rye is our way of raising a glass to their craftsmanship.
