To deliver a sessionable IPA that delivers on flavor it all starts with water. Get the chemistry right first. Balance a strong malt backbone through higher-than-normal mash temperatures with a clean hop presence from new world varieties and 1623 IPA is born.
Easy drinking at 5.2% ABV and nicely bittered to 70 IBU’s. Filtered for clarity this is your go-to IPA.
